Sirenda, Master Tidebreaker

At the beginning of your upkeep you may pay X
life where X is the greatest number of cards in
the hand of the opponent with the most cards or
tied for the most cards. If you do, each opponent
reveals their hand.
At the beginning of each each endstep, name a
card. Each player discards each card with the
chosen name. If more than one card is discarded
this way, draw two cards.
