Siren's Curse

Enchant player
At the beginning of enchanted players upkeep, put a curse counter on a nontoken creature they control.
Creatures with a curse counter have power and toughness 1/1 and can't block.
At the beginning of enchanted player's end step they lose 1 life for each creature they control with a curse counter.
