Size matters...

Stunted are always tapped and cannot untap or activate any ability if there is a Titan on the battlefield.
All creatures with power 3 or less are Stunted.
All creatures with power 5 or more are Titans.
If a Titan deals damage to any target, you may
destroy target Stunted.
