Use this Stratagem before the battle.
Select a GOFF BOYZ unit
(excluding ’ARD BOYZ) from your army;
that unit gains the SKARBOYZ keyword,
and the Strength characteristic of models in
that unit is changed to 5. That unit can only
use the Mob Up Stratagem to merge
with other units of SKARBOYZ.
