When ever your opponent cast a sorcery or instants put a -3/-3 counter on any monster
on there side of the field.
{w/u}{w/u}{w/u}{w/u}{w/u}{w/u}: Take control of any monster that has a negative counter on it. When that creature is placed on your side of the field remove all counters from it. Then copy creature and add +3/+3 counter and Bands.
