Skarra and Shimax enters the battlefield with a familiar counter on it.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, if
Skarra and Shimax has a familiar counter on it, it
gains flying until end of turn
Remove a familiar counter from Skarra and
Shimax: Exile each instant and sorcery card in
your graveyard. Add {c} for each card exiled this
way.
