When Skilled Smuggler enters the battlefield, put a colorless artifact token named Wagon onto the battlefield. It has "Sacrifice this artifact: Put a creature card with converted mana cost 2 or less onto the battlefield from your hand. It gains Haste and can't be blocked until the end of turn."
