If used 3 turns consecutively, roll a D20. If you roll 1-7,
lose 3 health. Enemies hit by the drums for 3 consecutive turns
have to roll a D20. If they roll 1-14, they lose an extra 3 health.
Repeat every subsequent turn.
Flesher BONUS:
If you roll 15-20, you instead gain 3 health and deal 3 extra
damage to enemies in your range.
