Skipping Time Bomb

At the beginning of each upkeep, put a storage counter on Skipping Time Bomb.

When there are 5 storage counters on Skipping Time Bomb, remove them.

The player who's turn it is, when a counter or counters are removed from Skipping Time Bomb, ends their turn before their draw step.
