Skithros Armsbane

Whenever you activate an ability of a nonland permanent you control, if it isn't a mana ability,
put a rage counter on Skithros. Then if there are
more than five rage counters on Skithros, you
may put a dismemberment counter on target
creature.
At the beginning of each end step, remove all
rage counters from Skithros.
