Skurge, of the Infinite Warp

When Skurge enters the battlefield look at the top
card of your library, you may play that card until
the end of the turn without paying its mana cost.
Whenever a player casts a spell exile a permanent
at random then you reveal cards from the top of
your library until you reveal a permanent card
with a matching type as the exiled card. Put that permanent onto the battlefield and the revealed
cards on the bottom of your library.
