Sky City can enchant only a Plains or a
Mountain.
Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you
get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.)
When enchanted land becomes tapped, add {w} or {r} to your mana pool. If you have the
city's blessing, add two {w} or {r} instead.
