Sky-Hook

This item can be passed to another player as a
night action. You may choose to fire the weapon
at any time, as long as a valid target is available.
Once fired, it is removed from the game.
This weapon cannot be used against a target that
is adjacent to the wielder. When used, the
shooter will be moved in the seating chart to the
place occupied by the deceased. If the shot fails,
the shooter can choose to be placed above or
below the target in the seating chart.
