Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put
a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and those creatures gain flying, haste, and lifelink until end of turn.
{x}, {t}, Discard X cards: Search your library for
an instant or sorcery card with converted mana cost X, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
