Whenever a Dragon enters the battlefield under your control, put a 1/1 red and white Soldier creature token with soulbond named Skyguard onto the battlefield paired with it. It has "If this creature becomes unpaired, sacrifice it."
As long as a token named Skyguard is paired with another creature, each of those creatures has flying, first strike, and haste and must attack or block together.
