When you cast a spell for its blitz cost, put a
speed counter on Skyrobatics.

When a Pirate you control attacks, if there
are three or more speed counters on this
enchantment, you may sacrifice it. If you do,
untap all creatures you control and after this
combat phase, you get an additional combat
phase.
