At the beginning of your upkeep, the player with the most lands sacrifices a creature, then the player with the most creatures sacrifices a land.
Whenever there are no creatures on the battlefield, return Slack from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Whenever there are no lands on the battlefield, exile Slack.
