When a rat dies and has less than three +1/+1 counters on it return it to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter. Whenever a rat leaves the battlefield they do not lose +1/+1 counters. All creatures enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
{b}{b}{b}, {t}: Create a number of 1/1 black rat creature tokens with deathtouch equal to the number of +1/+1 counter on each creature.
