Enchant target permanent with an activated
ability that produces mana.
Enchanted permanent loses all abilities and gains "Sacrifice this permanent: Add 1 mana of any
color."
When enchanted permanent leaves play, its
controller may attach Slash and Burn to a
permanent of their choice with an activated
ability that produces mana.
