Slaughterspine

Whenever Slaughterspine deals combat damage
to a player, that player gets two Plasma counters.
{t}: Remove all Plasma counters from target
player. Slaughterspine deals X damage to that
player, where X is the amount of Plasma
counters removed in this way.
