Creatures within 20 ft of a chosen point in range (90ft) are
affected, starting with the lowest current HP. Affected creatures
sleep until the spell ends, they take damage, or someone shakes or
slaps them awake.
Subtract each creature’s HP from the total before moving on. +2d8
each extra level.
