Sleepin, The Drowsy Wizard

Exile an instant or sorcery card from your hand:
exile cards from the top of your library until
you exile an instant or sorcery card whose mana
value is less than the exiled card's mana value.
You may put that card into your hand if the
resulting spell's mana value is less than the exiled
spell's mana value. Then put all cards exiled this
way that weren't put into your hand on the
bottom of your library in a random order.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
draw a card.
