Whenever Sleeping Driver crews a vehicle, that vehicle gets -2/-0 until the end of the turn.
Napcraft- If you have recently slept, instead that vehicle gets +2/+0 until the end of the turn. (Sleeping is defined as sleeping for the night or taking a nap)

Sometimes, you should let your friend drive.
