sky permanent entered the battlefield this
turn, that creature gets -3/-3 instead, and this
spell can be cast as though it were an instant.
Syntax: {b}{b}: Target syntactic spell deals 2
damage to its controller. Use this ability after a syntactic card has been revealed but before it is
put on the stack.
