Slippery Slope

Players may cast enchantment spells and sorcery
spells as though they have flash.
Whenever a player casts a spell, each other player
adds {c} to their mana pool.
At the beginning of your end step, put a slime
counter on Slippery Slope, then you lose life
equal to the number of slime counters on Slippery
Slope and then each player draws that many cards.
