Sliver Chrysalis

When you cast a sliver spell, proliferate.
(You choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a kind already there.)
If Sliver Chrysalis is destroyed, you lose 5 life and draw a card.
From deep within the Hive something slumbers.... and grows....
