Sliver of Hope

Whenever Sliver of Hope or another
Sliver creature enters the battlefield, you
gain 1 life. If you have 5 or less life, you
gain 3 life instead.
If Sliver of Hope would be put into a
graveyard from the battlefield, you may
put it on top of your library instead.
While there is life, there is hope.
