You can't cast spells, discard cards or activate abilities except for mana abilities.
Creatures you control can't attack or block.
At the beginning of each end step, put an idle
counter on Sloth, then you draw X cards and gain
X life, where X is the number of idle counters on
Sloth. Then target opponent mills cards equal to
the number of cards in your hand.
