Whenever a player taps a nonland permanent
they control, that permanent doesn't untap at the beginning of that player's next upkeep.
If an ability would be triggered by your upkeep or
end step, that ability triggers an additional time.
He whispers in the night, putting people to sleep and feasting on their dreams until there's nothing but nightmares left.
