+2: Exile target creature with X time counters on it, where X is it's converted mana cost. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
-3: Search your library for a Sloth card and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
-7: Gain control of all exiled creatures that have time counters, they lose all time counters and become a Sloth in addition to their other types.
