Slow

A character with this Condition generates
one less General AP on her turn during Dramatic Time, to a minimum of 1 AP.
If it is already the character’s turn when
she gains the Slow Condition, she immediately loses one General AP (if possible).
This Condition lasts until the end of the character’s turn, unless otherwise stated.
