Slow Advancement

Whenever a land enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, you may pay {2}. If you do,
search your library for a Plains card, put it on to
the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.
If you control three or more Paragons, creatures
your opponent's control enter the battlefield
tapped.
