Equipped creature loses haste and first strike
and can only attack on a lame scooter.
Equip-Fall down the stairs (or at the bottom
of the stairs). Slowfoot Boot cannot be
unequipped for 4-6 weeks or unless cleared
by a doctor.
Why would anyone equip this?
