Slum Intel

Until end of turn, if a player would be dealt
combat damage, that player mills that many
cards instead. If a player does, you may
choose one of the cards milled with Slum
Intel. If you do, its owner exiles it from their
graveyard with an Intel counter on it.
Until your next turn's end step you may play
cards exiled with Intel counters on them.
