Small Price, Big Reward

Each player places a nonland card onto the wager pile face down, then each player rolls
a dice. The player with the highest roll takes
all the cards on the wager pile and puts it
onto their hand. That player may spend
mana as thought it were mana of any type to cast that spell.
Winner takes all!
