When Small Supplies enters the battlefield,
draw a card. If it's a land, put it onto the battlefield tapped.
{1}, Sacrifice Small Supplies: Up to three creatures you control gain a +1/+1 counter.
The Resistance is also aided by citizens, who help the troops and refugees by leaving behind caches full of food, weapons, ammo, and medical supplies.
