Smoke Marble

{t}: Each player exiles a random card from their
hand face down. If that player has no cards in
their hand, exile the top card of their library
face down. Put a Consume counter on Smoke
Marble.
When the fifth Consume counter is put on
Smoke Marble or it is destroyed by an opponent,
each player turns face up all cards they own
exiled with Smoke Marble, then puts all
permanent cards among them onto the
battlefield. Exile Smoke Marble.
