{t}: All creatures that can see the amulet in a 20 ft.
cube must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw.
On a failed save, they are stunned for the next
two minutes or until they take damage.
Each affected creature repeats the saving throw
at the end of its turn. A creature affected by this
cannot be affected by it again in the next 8 hours.
