Snatch Dwindler

Hunter (When this creature enters the battlefield, put a bounty counter on target creature.)
Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on a creature you don't control, instead remove that many counters from that creature
and put a +1/+1 counter on Snatch Dwindler.
