Snelf, Sneaky Elf

You may sneak Snelf onto the battlefield except during end steps. If you're caught doing so, return Snelf to your hand and lose 3 life. If you declare Snelf is on the battlefield during any player's end step, you can't be caught sneaking Snelf onto the battlefield. (You are "caught" if an opponent notices and declares that Snelf is on the battlefield. You may not cover Snelf in any way when sneaking Snelf onto the battlefield. Sneaking Snelf onto the battlefield doesn't cause abilities to trigger.)
