Eminence — If Snoopy, Carrier of Disease is in
the command zone or on the battlefield, when a
player dies, you may add half the infect counters
to yourself that player has, rounded down.
Infect, Plagued (Can only be blocked by creatures
with infect or creatures with -1/-1 counters.)
At the beginning of each end phase, if players
have a total of 20 or more infect counters, you
win the game.
