As an additional cost to cast snowed in, pay {s}{s}
All non snow lands become "Snowed in" lands.
They are considered snow lands that cannot
produce colored mana.
At start of your upkeep, put a Snow counter
on Snowed in. If the number is greater than the
number of snow lands you control, sacrifice
Snow In.
