Snowcapped Peaks

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a season
counter on Snowcapped Peaks. Then, if there are
four or more season counters on it, remove all
season counters from Snowcapped Peaks and tap
it.
Whenever a season counter is removed from Snowcapped Peaks, you may pay {r} or {s}. If you
do, tap up to one target creature without flying. Creatures tapped this way don't untap during
their controller's next untap step.
