At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control
more snow permanents than the number of
charge counters on Snowlight Pendant, put a
charge counter on it. Otherwise, sacrifice it.
{1}{s}, {t}: Reveal the top card of your library. If
that card is a snow permanent with converted
mana cost less than or equal to the number of
charge counters on Snowlight Pendant, put it
onto the battlefield under your control.
