Snowmaggedon

All permanents are snow permanents in addition to their other types. At the beginning of each upkeep that player gets X snow counters, wheres X is the number of snow permanents they control. At the beginning of each players end step they pay half {x} rounded down, where X is the number of snow counters that player has, if they don't, SnowMagedon deals 5 damage to that player.
