Snugglebeast- Owlbear

{e} When a creature regains hit points during a
short rest by spending Hit Dice, that creature can
regain extra hit points if it snuggles one of these
enchanted, stuffed toys. The Owlbear restores
1D6 hit points.
{c} Once this property of the "snugglebeast" has
been used by a creature, that creature can't
benefit from the "snugglebeast" again in this way
until it finishes a long rest.
