Whenever Snuxoll or another Turtle enters the battlefield under your control, put a frost counter on up to one target creature (Creatures with frost counters on them can't block).
Turtles you control get +1/+0 for each frost counter on tapped creatures.
Whenever a Turtle you control deals combat damage to a creature with a frost counter on it, tap that creature and it doesn't untap during it's controllers untap step.
