So Calls the Fire

When So Calls the Fire enters the battlefield and
at the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1
counter on target creature you don't control.
Whenever you put a counter on a permanent you
don't control, So Calls the Fire deals X damage
to that permanent's controller, where X is the
number of counters on that permanent.
