Whenever a card is put into your graveyard and
wasn't cast, put a Tranquility counter on Societte.
At the beginning of the upkeep reveal the top X
cards of your library you may cast any number of
instants and sorceries from among them with
converted man cost X or less without paying their
mana cost. Put the other cards revealed this way
on the bottom of your library in a random order.
