Soft and Wet starts with {x} +1/+1 counters on it.
{3}, remove a +1/+1 counter from Soft and Wet:
target permanent loses all abilities until end of
turn.
{5}{t}, remove five +1/+1 counters from Soft and
Wet: choose any permanent and exile it, ignores
any ability preventing that permanent from
being exiled.
